Cynthia Locke

Human Resources/Accounting Manager

Cynthia Locke has more than 15 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience. She began her career managing high-level accounts in the oil/gas industry before transitioning to the building construction industry. Cynthia’s personal experiences working as a child advocate in San Antonio, Texas for seven years led her to publish a book about the joys/challenges of multicultural adoption. Her life experiences have shaped her empathetic and engaging approach to human resources.

As Oelrich Construction’s Human Resources Manager, Cynthia oversees new hire training/on-boarding, employee benefits/healthcare insurance management, personnel payroll, and team-building activities. As Account Manager, Cynthia’s responsibilities include: processing invoices/receipts, reviewing pay apps, and processing subcontractor payments.

Cynthia speaks fluent Spanish and English. She is a certified State of Florida notary and is trained in Mental Health First Aid response from the National Council for Behavioral Health.
