Eric Childs


Eric has 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. He began his career drafting technical plans for an industrial machining shop, before conducting carpentry/hardware projects as a general trades contractor, and managing asphalt installation as a roadway contractor. Eric owned his own concrete business before joining the Oelrich Construction team as a Superintendent.

As Superintendent, Eric maintains as-built construction documents; supervises materials installations; disseminates relevant project information to all trades; protects the safety of contractors and site stakeholders; and performs quality assurance checks. Eric’s comprehensive experience working across several specialized trades has shaped his enterprising and collaborative approach to field operations management. Core technical specialities include: roadway reconstruction, concrete installation, sitework, hardware, and carpentry. Eric is AMOT and OSHA-30 certified.
