Ethan Newport

Senior Superintendent

Ethan Newport has 14 years of leadership in the building construction industry. He owned his own residential remodeling business before transitioning to commercial construction. His experience working in the trenches as a self-employed trade contractor has paved his management style, technical understanding, and field operations approach.

As Senior Superintendent for Oelrich Construction, Ethan ensures that all major projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the finest quality standards. He supervises all building trades, manages daily logistics, communicates relevant project information to trades, and records daily jobsite activities. One of his most responsibilities is protecting subcontractor and stakeholder safety on jobsites. Ethan works seamlessly with the building commissioning agent and ensures that every building system is installed to the Owner’s specifications.

Ethan studied Building Construction Management at Santa Fe College. He is a certified heavy equipment operator.
