Joshua Blackford

Principal/Senior Project Manager/Operations Manager

Joshua Blackford has more than 17 years of leadership in the building construction industry. He has a comprehensive understanding of every facet of construction, having worked his way from field superintendent to senior project manager to Principal/Operations Manager. His hands-on experience working with each building trade division forms the framework of his project management approach. His proactive approach to customer service and strong communication skills have consistently produced the highest levels of client satisfaction.

As Operations Manager, Josh oversees the company’s project management teams, training, quality control, and overall adherence to budget/schedule. As the Diversity Committee Chair for Oelrich Construction, he leads diverse supplier engagement, mentorship, and reporting. As a Senior Project Manager, he oversees major projects. Key responsibilities include managing and preparing: conceptual estimating, project budgeting, value engineering, GMP generation, project buyout, scheduling, owner direct purchase, LEED, submittals, RFI’s, and as-built drawings.

Josh achieved his A.S. in Building Construction Management from Santa Fe College. He is a Certified Building Contractor (CBC1259995).
