Ryan McDonough

Ryan started working in construction as a teenager. From working with his father, he learned how to operate heavy equipment and coordinate with subcontractors effectively. After graduating from college, he worked in The Villages, focusing on commercial construction as an assistant superintendent and before joining Oelrich Construction as a full-time superintendent. Areas of expertise include: medical laboratory construction, speciality equipment installation, and office buildouts.

As Superintendent, Ryan supervises daily field operations, maintains quality control, ensures subcontractor adherence to schedule, and supervises safety practices/procedure. Proactive and collaborative, Ryan excels at hands-on stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, and logistics management. Ryan achieved his A.S. in Building Construction from Santa Fe College. He is certified in infectious disease control.
