This project utilized the latest building technology to provide a top quality, eye catching, and energy efficient building. Featuring vapor lock mixture in the concrete slab, ICF exterior walls, and metal trusses, this building is created to withstand the extreme Florida weather patterns. Project scope included administrative space, a large public lobby, employee dining and lounge space, meeting rooms, storage, a covered patio, outdoor employee recreation space, and a parking lot.
