CDMO Manufacturing Facility Renovation

This multi-phase expansion project for a CDMO facility was designed to support advanced research, development, and manufacturing. The project was completed in three phases to accommodate ongoing operations and allow for future growth.

Phase I included the build-out of specialized cleanroom environments, GMP-compliant laboratory spaces, and supporting infrastructure tailored to high-performance biomedical workflows. The following two phases expanded the facility’s capabilities with additional cleanrooms, office space, and upgraded MEP systems to meet stringent regulatory and operational requirements.

The carefully planned and executed sequencing of this renovation enabled the client to continue their research activities without disruption, while ensuring the expansion was delivered to the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
