Matthew Marino


Preconstruction Manager/Principal

Matthew began his career working as a trade subcontractor before becoming a Principal and the Preconstruction Manager at Oelrich Construction. With 20 years of leadership in the building construction industry, Matthew has a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of jobsite and logistics management. His technical background forms the backbone of his approach to interpreting complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems; building components; high quality finishes; organization behavior; and strategic management. His understanding of economics, finance, law, and human resources informs his ability to provide strong leadership on any project, no matter how small or large.

As Preconstruction Manager, Matthew  supervises cost estimating, milestone schedule development, subcontractor bid package/scope strategy, and project estimating. His extensive field expertise gives him keen insights that benefit clients during the schedule development, constructability document review, and estimating stages. He works closely with our Estimating Department, design teams, and trade subcontractors to ensure the client’s budget needs are met.
