Converting the old SunTrust building encompassed renovating 24,000 square feet and adding another 16,000 square feet for conference rooms and office, warehouse, and multi-purpose spaces.
Built for a private client, the new building houses the Alachua County Supervisor of Elections and Property Appraiser.
