South Lake Regional Park & Max Hooks Rd

Oelrich Construction was selected as the construction manager-at-risk for the South Lake Regional Park & Max Hooks Road Phase 1 Improvements project. The new park will include softball fields, youth baseball fields, adult baseball fields, multipurpose fields, multi-use trail, dog park, canoe launch, playgrounds and pavilions. The new facility will increase the region’s profile among Central Florida sports leagues by providing a flexible practice arena for baseball camps, softball clinics, community events, and regional tournaments.
