Ryan Minton

Ryan Minton has 12 years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of visionary projects including higher education expansions, hotel renovations, boutique food and hospitality build-outs, and themed entertainment, aviation, and municipal renovations. He has provided Owner’s representative services for both public and private clients providing oversight from “blue sky” design intent all the way through operational support.

Ryan leads Oelrich Construction’s Orlando office. As Project Manager, his key duties also include providing value engineering recommendations, finalizing contractual arrangements, reviewing shop drawings, and change orders, processing RFI’s, leading O/A/E meetings, and supervising overall project delivery. After construction, he works closely with the user group to ensure that they are continually supported throughout the post-occupancy period. Ryan’s strengths include conflict resolution, communication, business management, and constructability analysis. He is highly-attentive to the needs of our clients and is committed to delivering exceptional value on every project.
