This Community Redevelopment Agency project involved an interior renovation of an existing two-story building in only 14 months. The major challenge was to convert an abandoned, non-conditioned warehouse into a modern, efficient office complex.

The solution
We worked diligently with the CRA and design team to identify alternate materials and unique methods of construction to minimize the overall cost of the project. We exposed the existing structure to formulate a new design concept for the building while also incorporating an existing fan to enhance the industrial look.
