Victory Pointe Park – City of Clermont

Victory Pointe is a 10-acre regional stormwater project along the southwestern shore of Lake Minneola. The park is a pivotal component of the City of Clermont’s master plan for Downtown revitalization. The family-friendly recreational park serves as a purpose-built location for major community, cultural and sporting events. Key amenities include a multilevel observation tower with handicap access, small stage for community events, vehicular bridge, and board walks.

The Victory Pointe project involved the demolition of various streets and the existing city boat ramp. Construction included placement of deep sheet piles in muck soils; concrete walkways, and specialty paving; potable water system and relocation of existing water and sewer mains; restroom building; asphalt roadways; extensive electrical system for special events; lighting; shoreline restoration; irrigation system; and extensive native landscape plantings.
